In This Role, Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Working within a structured ITIL-aligned Service Desk framework.
- Delivering exceptional customer support experiences by interacting with internal stakeholders at various levels.
- Monitoring personal and team queue incidents, as well as request ticketing systems, to ensure seamless handling and updates.
- Creating and updating knowledge articles to facilitate efficient troubleshooting and resolution.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
A strong academic background in an IT-related field, preferably with experience working as an IT service provider. Additionally, a minimum of three years' experience in resolving software and hardware issues is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10-11 and Microsoft Office 365 suite, as well as expertise in using service desk ticketing tools, are essential skills for this position.
Prior Experience in Using ServiceNow would be Highly Valued but Not Mandatory.
