  • Entry and Recording: Enter and record cargos or shipments to the logistics system to ensure accurate information for further processing.
  • Shipment Statistics: Calculate, account, and provide information about shipment statistics, including weight, destination, quantity, type, and charge.
  • Communication and Coordination: Communicate, coordinate, follow up, and report on processing or hold items to be manipulated, delivered to other parties, or provide feedback about status.
  • Client Communication: Provide presentable communications with clients and customers, providing them with the desired level of service in answering their queries.
  • Filing and Documentation: Perform filing and documentation issues as prescribed, providing vital assistance in keeping records and following up on status for under-processing shipments.
  • Reception and Consultation: Carry out reception activities and consult customers about any queries, answer phones and emails regarding any issue.
  • Logistics Services: Coordinate with clients to arrange for the provision of logistics services at the client's site.
  • Collaboration and Assessment: Collaborate and assess in serving other logistics operations as desired and requested by higher-level management.
  • Cargo Clearing: Organize and coordinate the formalities regarding the clearing of cargo or shipments at the ports.
