Job Description:
The OD & Learning and Development Officer is responsible for driving organizational effectiveness by implementing strategic Organizational Development (OD) and Learning & Development (L&D) programs. This role will focus on career pathing, competency assessments, performance management, job evaluation, and culture-building initiatives to enhance employee engagement and business performance. The position also involves designing, facilitating, and evaluating training programs to develop employee skills and competencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement OD strategies and initiatives that align with company goals.
- Design and facilitate competency-based assessments and career development programs.
- Lead the performance management process, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Conduct job evaluations and role structuring to optimize workforce efficiency.
- Design, implement, and administer learning and development programs based on organizational needs.
- Drive culture-building initiatives to strengthen company values and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with department heads and HR teams to identify skills gaps and training needs.
- Utilize learning technologies and creative tools to enhance training programs.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of OD and L&D initiatives, making data-driven improvements.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least five (5) years of relevant experience in Organizational Development and Learning & Development, with expertise in Career Pathing, Competency Assessment, Performance Management, Job Evaluation, and Culture-building.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, or related fields.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong ability to develop, conduct, and evaluate training programs.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective facilitation and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experienced in learning and creative applications for training development.
- Work Setup: Must be willing to work on-site.
