Position Summary

The Strategic Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving UCAM's strategic growth in the Philippines and beyond. This individual will be responsible for recruiting talented students and developing marketing strategies to promote UCAM's brand in the local market.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns that make a splash in the local market.
  2. Establish and nurture partnerships with agents, schools, and universities.
  3. Represent UCAM at regional fairs and promotional events.
  4. Coordinate logistics, from venue setup to speaker management.

About You:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or International Relations.
  • Experience: Proven success in sales, marketing, or higher education, especially in international markets.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and adaptability skills.
  • Language: Proficiency in English (B2-C1 level).
  • Travel: Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.
