Job Role Overview

This is an entry-level position within the Customer Success Management organization, focusing on the Technology segment. A portfolio of customers will be assigned to you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer tickets by identifying solutions and providing support.
  • Create valuable documentation for problem-solving, Q&A, and onboarding materials.
  • Develop campaigns targeting multiple customers through digital channels and activities.
  • Identify high-risk and high-potential customers from newly onboarded users or customers.
  • Onboard new customers and introduce them to our products and support processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Support teams in creating engagement plans that meet customer objectives.
  • Regularly engage with your customer portfolio to identify potential risks.
  • Collect customer feedback and format it for review by the product team.
