Cloud Strategy and Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team of cloud architects and technologists. As a Cloud Strategy and Implementation Specialist, you will play a key role in providing cloud strategy, design, implementation, and managed services to clients across multiple industries in North America.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, where people come together to tackle tough problems and deliver outstanding results. You will work closely with our team to translate client requirements into technical design and provide architectural guidance and recommendations.

  • Develop and implement cloud-based solutions that meet client needs by leveraging existing tools, services, and frameworks.
  • Drive the design and deployment of client workloads into Azure by providing expert advice and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends and their impact on cloud solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify, validate, and grow opportunities to accelerate consumption in high potential customer accounts.
  • Train and mentor junior developers and other technology teams.
Key Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience managing a team or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of experience in application development specializing in C# .NET Framework, Angular, Microservices, React, Node.
  • A passion for building front-end applications and cloud-native applications using PaaS, containers, serverless, and modern front-end JS/TS.
  • A desire for continuous learning and new technology to be used in the cloud space.
  • Experience working in a consulting environment and a major cloud platform, Azure, AWS, or GCP, with Azure preferred.
  • Knowledgeable in OOA/OOD and Design Patterns, understanding of Agile process and DevOps, and interest in or experience in Mobile, IoT, Blockchain applications.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving ability, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
