Job Overview

The Solution Assessment Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality assessment services to clients. This involves overseeing a portfolio of Solution Assessments, utilizing best-in-class platforms and tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Presales and Scoping: Understanding client business objectives and technical requirements, articulating the benefits and outcomes of a Solution Assessment.
  • Discovery: Determining the optimal platform to achieve stated objectives, supporting deployment through complete discovery.
  • Analysis: Completing analysis of collected data, identifying key insights and producing an executive summary assessment report.
  • Presentation: Presenting key insights and actionable recommendations to relevant clients and stakeholders.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Supporting seamless client transition into post-assessment actions with Microsoft or Partner teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of practical experience in solution sales, technical sales, or consulting in Microsoft solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate information to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong comprehension of Cloud technologies, Microsoft 365, and Azure solutions and related subject matters.
  • Assessment discovery platforms - practical experience assisting clients deploy, troubleshoot, and leverage platforms (two or more).
  • Experience in performing CAF and governance model workshops to uncover client Cloud migration reasons and goals.
