Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-end condominium property in Makati City. As a Concierge Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations, including responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues
  • Provide personalized support to guests, including arranging transportation and making reservations
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest history and maintenance requests
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least one year of experience in Front Desk or Customer Service in a hotel or residential building
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism, Mass Communications, or a related field
  • Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written
  • Mature, highly trainable, and well-mannered demeanor
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
