Job Overview

Our organization seeks a seasoned Property Assets Manager who will oversee the management of residential and commercial properties, including leasing, rent collection, property maintenance, and compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of assigned properties, encompassing tenant relations, lease agreements, and dispute resolution.
  • Coordinate timely rent collection, invoicing, and lease renewals.
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure adherence to lease terms and safety standards.
  • Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and expense tracking.
  • Market vacant properties through rental platforms and social media channels.
  • Enforce lease terms and initiate legal proceedings as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records using property management software.
Requirements:
  • Experience in property management, real estate, or leasing.
  • Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, fair housing regulations, and lease agreements.
  • Proficiency in property management software.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience handling rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Capacity to work independently and manage multiple properties efficiently.
