Job Summary

The Property and Asset Management Assistant plays a crucial role in performing technical work, providing direct assistance to the PAM Head, and offering essential support to supervisors across departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the PAM Head and provide support to supervisors across various departments.
  • Handle property-related tasks and certifications, as well as secure government permits for centers.
  • Manage assets inventory and archiving for the foundation.
  • Perform liaison activities with government agencies or entities, balancing 50% fieldwork and 50% office duties.
  • Coordinate and maintain office IT systems, including server maintenance and equipment repairs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate of BS Computer Technology, BS Information Technology, or related fields.
  • At least two years of experience as a Property Assistant, IT office support, or related work.
  • Background in networking, system maintenance, and basic troubleshooting; experience with property and equipment inventory.
  • Strong English communication abilities (verbal and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and IT software/hardware.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Team player, creative, and resourceful.
  • Preferably residing in Quezon City or near the work location.
