Senior Business Intelligence Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Intelligence Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing business intelligence solutions that drive data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.
In this position, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to diagnose process inefficiencies, design future-state workflows, and execute change initiatives that deliver measurable results.
- You will work closely with stakeholders to define KPI frameworks, develop business requirements, and manage the development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Your expertise in Power BI, Advanced Excel, SQL, and Lean Six Sigma/DMAIC methodologies will enable you to model complex data sets, validate metrics, and drive process excellence.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to build trust with stakeholders, and a track record of delivering high-impact analytics projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Requirements Definition: Work with stakeholders to define business requirements, identify data sources, and develop data models.
- Solution Design and Implementation: Design and implement business intelligence solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and other tools.
- Process Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies, design future-state workflows, and execute change initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Stakeholder Management: Build trust with stakeholders, communicate effectively, and ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, and SQL skills
- Lean Six Sigma/DMAIC certification
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
