This is a professional position that requires close collaboration with various teams to identify key metrics, business questions, and reporting needs.
The successful candidate will facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to uncover pain points, success measures, and opportunities for improvement.
They will translate business processes and goals into measurable KPIs and performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights.
- Develop trusted reporting and analytics by working with data from various sources.
- Build and iterate on analytical models, dashboards, or data sets in collaboration with stakeholders.
Enabling Business Growth
- Deliver insights to stakeholders through compelling data storytelling and dashboard reviews.
- Enable teams to ask better questions and explore answers using analytics tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields (open to strong candidates from other domains transitioning into analytics).
- Experience working with modern BI tools and strong understanding of KPIs and performance measurement.
