Job Opportunity

The Junior Packaging Designer position is available for a dynamic individual who can contribute to the development of product packaging by assisting in creating functional, brand-aligned, and visually appealing packaging solutions.

This role combines creativity with attention to detail, ensuring that all packaging meets brand guidelines, communicates product value, and adheres to technical/production and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in packaging design, preferably with at least 1 year in a coordinator or similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creative Asset Development & Execution
  • Prepare consistent print-ready artwork alongside the Compliance team, ensuring that all brand guidelines, legal requirements, and deadlines are met.
  • Adapt existing packaging designs across formats, sizes, and product lines.
  • Support the development and refinement of packaging assets to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Intermediate proficiency in design software, preferably Adobe Illustrator.
  • Experience with Photoshop is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in packaging design for DTC and Retail is preferred; CPG experience also a plus.
