Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and running the operational backbone of our client, automating away inefficiency, and owning tasks from request to verified outcome.

You will partner closely with engineering and leadership, using AI tools and modern ops software to keep work organized, observable, and moving. Traditional assistant work (including phone calls) is part of the job, but the core value is systems, automation, and relentless follow-through.

The ideal candidate will have a technical background or equivalent fluency working with engineers, demonstrated experience building automations and operational systems, and be comfortable and professional on the phone. They will also have obsessive attention to detail and reliability, strong written communication skills, and high learning rate and curiosity.

, About the Role

This is a hands-on technical operations role with executive support responsibilities. You will map out current workflows, implement a receipts pipeline, and ship three automations within 30 days. You will reduce manual operations time by 20%, implement error handling for automations, and ensure project status is consistently self-serve within 60 days.

You will zero dropped tasks, implement six or more high-impact automations in production, and consistently meet SLAs for callbacks, receipts, and appointments within 90 days.

Must-Haves:

  • No minimum years of experience required, but should have the following:
  • Technical background or equivalent fluency working with engineers.
  • Demonstrated experience building automations and operational systems.
  • Comfortable and professional on the phone; persistent and courteous follow-up style.
  • Obsessive attention to detail and reliability; zero tolerance for dropped threads.
  • Strong written communication; crisp, concise updates and documentation.
  • High learning rate and curiosity; you pick up new tools quickly and improve them.
  • Bias for action, high energy, and calm under changing priorities.
