Caption Content Strategist

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Caption Content Strategist to spearhead our captioning team in a high-volume, creative environment. This role is critical in shaping the voice of our brand across multiple models and platforms, ensuring that every caption not only sounds authentic but drives engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop High-Converting Captions

  • Craft persuasive and engaging captions for a range of content, focusing on language optimization to drive subscriptions, interactions, and fan loyalty.

  • Ensure each caption reflects the unique voice and brand of the assigned model, while maintaining consistency and adapting to specific voices.

  1. Establish Model Voice Profiles

  • Partner with content leads and creators to build tone guides for each model, streamlining caption creation and review processes.

  • Train team members on adapting to specific voices and maintaining consistency, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficiency.

  1. Maintain Captioning Systems & Workflows

  • Develop and refine SOPs for caption creation, review, and scheduling, focusing on process improvement and scale-up.

  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure all captions meet quality and brand standards, driving excellence in captioning services.

  • Monitor workflows and adjust processes for efficiency, scalability, and consistency, minimizing bottlenecks and maximizing productivity.

  1. Content Calendar & Coordination

  • Align with schedulers to ensure timely delivery of captions, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.

  • Anticipate high-traffic content periods and prepare ahead, proactively managing captioning workloads and ensuring seamless execution.

  1. Stay Trend-Savvy & Performance-Driven

  • Track trends in pop culture, slang, and content language, staying informed and up-to-date on industry developments.

  • Keep captions fresh, timely, and platform-relevant, continuously assessing and improving content performance and engagement.

  • Collaborate with analytics teams to assess and improve content performance, driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing captioning strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital marketing, creator economies, or fan engagement industries, with a proven track record of success.

  • Background in Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing, or Marketing, with expertise in content development and strategy.

  • Previous exposure to adult-themed content in a professional or agency setting, with knowledge of nuanced captioning requirements.

  • Experience in remote team leadership and fast-paced content production cycles, with skills in project management and workflow optimization.
