Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned compensation and benefits professional to collaborate with the HR team in enhancing global compensation and benefits strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market analysis to develop pay ranges and update strategies as needed.
  • Participate in global compensation and benefits surveys to ensure competitive practices.
  • Partner with the Global Compensation and Benefits team in process management of merit, bonus and equity cycles.
  • Design and manage benefits programs, including administration for the APJ region.
  • Work closely with HR Analytics on dashboards to support decision-making and performance measurement.
  • Lead training and communications on compensation and benefits programs.
  • Provide guidance to Talent Acquisition on competitive offers.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years relevant experience in compensation and benefits.
  • Strong analytical, project management and process management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust to shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, CompXL and/or survey management tools a plus.
