Job Description

As a Customer Support Associate, you will deliver exceptional customer service, work collaboratively in a team environment, and achieve targets set by the business. You will also identify opportunities to promote additional security and compliance products based on customer profiles.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver an excellent level of customer service on all interactions.
  2. Work as part of a team, aligning with company priorities.
  3. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs set by the business to support customer needs.
  4. Product Awareness: Identify opportunities to promote and up-sell additional security and compliance products when supporting customers based on their customer profile.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service environment (preferably in a call centre setting).
  • Sales experience required.
  • An active listener who communicates purposefully and confidently.
  • A team player with a positive outlook, enjoying working in sales and customer services environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
  • A passion for tech and software products.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work flexible shifts, adhering to agreed schedules.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Excellence in the English Language – written and spoken.
