Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Systems Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role involves system setup, workflow oversight, and account coordination to support the success of client-facing Account Managers.

The ideal candidate will bring strong process management capabilities, high data accuracy, solid IT proficiency, and a commercial mindset.

  • Configure and maintain internal systems for new and existing client accounts.
  • Optimize systems for seamless account delivery and high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  • System Setup & Management:
    • Develop and refine internal workflows to improve operational efficiency.
    • Monitor ongoing processes and address bottlenecks or errors.
  • Process & Workflow Management:
    • Implement data validation procedures to ensure accuracy throughout the client lifecycle.
    • Maintain accurate records across systems.
  • Data Integrity & Quality Control:
    • Collaborate closely with client-facing Account Managers to support account delivery.
    • Assist with the preparation of client reports, proposals, and system demonstrations.
  • Client Support Coordination:
    • Provide first-level internal technical support and liaise with external providers as needed.
    • Use general IT tools to manage and troubleshoot client systems.
  • IT & Systems Proficiency:
    • Contribute to commercial discussions and account reviews using relevant system data and insights.
    • Understand the property market context to better align operational support.
  • Commercial Acumen:
    • Proven experience in systems support, operations, or account management.
    • Strong process management and optimization skills.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
    • Proficiency in standard IT tools.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Strong process management and optimization skills.
    • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
    • Basic understanding of the commercial property sector or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in system setup or onboarding in a SaaS or property-related context.
    • Familiarity with data management and reporting tools.
    • Background or interest in commercial real estate or facilities management.
