Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to serve as a liaison between the business stakeholders and the development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for eliciting business requirements, performing requirement analysis, management, and communication.

  • Elicit and document business requirements through collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Deliver assigned projects by ensuring that system enhancements, process improvements, and/or service implementation meet user specifications
  • Support in the development, testing, certification, and implementation of assigned projects
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • At least 4 years of experience in business analysis, preferably from payment and/or banking industry, and with deep knowledge in payments, banking, and related fields
  • Knowledge of Business and Requirement Analysis, System Development Life Cycle, and Basic Project Management, User Acceptance Testing, and Basic Programming Skills
