About the Role:

Cobden & Carter International is seeking a highly motivated Collections Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the collections team, you will play a vital role in managing the global centralized escalation Accounts Receivable process.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Collections, Client, and Accounts Payable Finance and Business teams to manage deadlines and progress across teams.
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to discuss outstanding escalated debts.
  • Utilize defined processes, account updates, and judgment to make decisions on next course of action.
  • Document accurate records of client communications within Oracle Advanced Collections system and collections reports.

Performance Expectations:

  • Escalate global top outstanding debts in compliance with timelines to achieve targets.
  • Continually re-prioritize workload and demands to ensure activity is focused towards achieving targets.
  • Ensure tasks are performed in accordance with Service Level Agreement objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and ability to create and maintain various collections reports.
  • Experience working in a business-to-business Collections/Credit Control environment is advantageous.
  • Flexible and willing to work on rotating shifts under a hybrid setup.
