Description

Field Collector will be responsible for collecting outstanding debts owed to the company.

You should be able to understand and translate large amounts of numbers and financial information, negotiate tactfully, and persistently contact people of interest to collect the value owed.

  • Field Work – Track down clients that are no longer contactable by collection officers.
  • Make Calls to Clients – Attempt to locate and contact clients, primarily over the phone, in order to discuss their debts.
  • Negotiate Payment Schedules – Speak to customers to negotiate payment plans that suit their financial situation while satisfying the debt.
  • Advise Customers – Inform customers of their various payment options and further actions if no payment agreement can be reached.
  • Maintain Customer Files – Keep customer files updated, recording contact times and relevant information regarding debts.
  • Answer Phones – Handle incoming calls from customers and other individuals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
  • Two years of previous experience as a collector or in a related field.
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong speaking and listening skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant legal requirements.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed; able to work without supervision.
  • Able to create trust and build relationships.
  • Willing to be assigned in CAMANAVA & BULACAN.
  • Must have own motorcycle.
