Job Opportunity

We're looking for a skilled Java professional to lead our team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing complex software applications.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java development, with a strong focus on enterprise-level applications.

As a senior developer, you'll be responsible for providing technical leadership and mentorship to the team, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.

You'll conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance.

Collaboration is key in this role. You'll work closely with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Driving innovation is also part of the job. You'll adopt new technologies, tools, and processes to improve development efficiency and product quality.

In addition to these responsibilities, you'll troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of our systems.

With your expertise in Java 8+ and popular frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate, you'll contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of extensive experience in Java development, with a strong focus on enterprise-level applications.
  • Proven experience in a lead or senior developer role, with demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Deep expertise in Java 8+ and its core libraries, as well as popular frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, design patterns, and data structures.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
  • Proficiency in database technologies and ORM frameworks.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies is a plus.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
