Job Overview

As a Senior Software Development Lead, you will drive the technical vision and strategy for our software engineering teams. Your responsibilities include managing team performance, coordinating with stakeholders, providing technical leadership, overseeing system design and implementation, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Your key duties:

  • Lead a team of experienced software engineers to deliver complex software projects on time.
  • Coordinate with project managers and other engineers to plan, develop, test, and maintain web-based applications.
  • Provide technical leadership in all aspects of software development processes.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new software systems and enhancements to existing systems.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in software development, including 4+ years in leadership.
  • Proficient in multiple languages (Java, C++, Python, JavaScript), full-stack development, modern architectures, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Strong skills in OOP, functional programming, UX best practices, unit testing, TDD/BDD, Agile/Scrum, and database management.
  • Proven track record in managing software products, leading teams, and delivering innovative solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and client management skills.
