Job Opportunity:

The Real Estate Collections Agent plays a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring timely payments for outstanding balances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact customers with overdue accounts to collect payments and update payment statuses.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, including contact dates and results.
  • Analyze Accounts Receivable data to identify overdue accounts and prioritize follow-ups.

  • Refer customers for Stop Service when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to report progress and issues.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and experience in managing AR reports and recording transactions.
  • Excellent communication skills for professional interaction.
  • Experience in collections, customer service, or accounts receivable is advantageous.
  • Strong negotiation skills for handling difficult conversations.
  • Attention to detail for accurately documenting customer interactions.
  • Ability to work independently while following company policies.
