We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated leader to manage, mentor, and grow our analytics team.

This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise, leadership capability, and business acumen to ensure the delivery of high-quality insights and solutions that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Allocate resources effectively, manage workload distribution, and oversee project timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the team and stakeholders.
Analytical Requirements
  • Ensure timely delivery of accurate, actionable, and well-structured analyses and reports.
  • Review and validate team outputs to maintain high standards of analytical rigor and data quality.
  • Translate business requirements into analytical solutions that support strategic decision-making.
Collaboration and Innovation
  • Participate in recruiting new talent to the team.
  • Onboard new team members and provide continual learning across the team.
  • Work closely with leaders to align priorities, clarify expectations, and set performance goals.
  • Promote knowledge sharing, standardization of processes, and best practices across the organization.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint; proficiency in Thinkcell desired.
  • Solid understanding of business problem-solving and stakeholder management.
  • Proven experience managing teams with a track record of delivering high-quality outputs.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
