Project Coordinator Role

About the Position

We are looking for a skilled and organized project coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our delivery operations, you will oversee multiple client projects across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of project timelines, milestones, blockers, and risk escalation.
  • Cross-functional coordination with design, development, and QA leads to ensure resource alignment.
  • Management of project resources, including prioritization and reallocation as needed.
  • Client communication, including daily updates and issue resolution.
  • Continuous improvement of project processes and delivery capabilities.
  • Contribution to client reporting and forecasting.

Day-to-Day Tasks:

  • Client engagement: Ensure timely communication and project status updates.
  • Resource management: Allocate and adjust resources as needed to meet project demands.
  • Issue resolution: Address and escalate issues promptly to maintain project momentum.

Team Collaboration:

  • Mentorship: Support and develop junior team members in their roles.
  • Process refinement: Identify opportunities to enhance project processes and implement improvements.
  • Problem-solving: Serve as a trusted resource for complex project challenges.
