Senior Technical Support Specialist

About the Role

This senior-level position is crucial to our award-winning IT team, driving innovation in cybersecurity, software development, and big data technology.

You will be working as part of a global agile team to support the implementation of customer-centric solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting the delivery customer solutions engineering team during the implementation of customer-centric solutions.
  • Coordinating with multiple teams and customers to support installation of Voice and Data services.
  • Buiding knowledge of specific products within their business group and understanding how end-to-end processes fit together.
  • Continually seeking ways to improve internal processes, identifying problems and helping to solve them.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The following skills are required for this position:

  • 3-5 years of experience with IP Networking.
  • 3-5 years of experience with network routing protocols such as Firewall protocols and mechanisms, IP VPN, BGP, OSPF, DHCP, EIGRP, SIPT.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize work tasks.
