We are seeking a skilled Franchise Growth Specialist to support our franchise development efforts. This role involves making outbound calls to warm leads, engaging with prospective franchisees, and qualifying their interest in our business process.

This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage structured call outreach, and dynamic day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate will have native-level English proficiency and experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or franchise/business development for international clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Qualifying prospects and scheduling follow-up calls or meetings with franchise development managers
  • Maintaining accurate records of all outreach and prospect engagement in CRM tools
  • Supporting additional activities as needed, including lead engagement through LinkedIn Recruiter or other platforms, appointment scheduling, and basic reporting
