We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our international payroll team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service abilities.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Professional to work with our clients in Australia, delivering accurate and timely payroll services while providing top-notch client support.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process and review payroll for Australian businesses with 100% accuracy.
  • Prepare payroll reports and ensure timely submission.
  • Assist clients with payroll queries, adjustments, and compliance issues.
  • Work closely with payroll partners and clients to ensure a seamless payroll experience.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and become their trusted payroll advisor.
  • Identify and report any risks, errors, or compliance concerns related to payroll processing.
Requirements:
  • 1-4 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or finance.
  • Hands-on experience with Australian payroll (this is a must-have).
  • Familiarity with Fair Work, superannuation, tax, and other Australian payroll regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset — you're approachable, helpful, and solutions-oriented.
  • Proficient in Excel and able to work with payroll data confidently.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first, global environment.
