Marketing Visionary

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned marketing leader to spearhead the development and execution of nationwide marketing strategies and plans. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in brand management, marketing strategy, PR, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation, implementation, and optimization of marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Conduct market research, analyze customer behavior, and monitor competitor activities to inform data-driven decision making.
  • Develop and implement effective brand positioning for each product in the market, driving business growth and recognition.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and return on investment (ROI).
  • Oversee public relations, press relations, and marketing communications agencies to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Direct ATL, BTL, PR, and digital marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns that drive results.
  • Plan and execute events, including car launches, trade shows, media test drives, and brand activations that generate buzz and engagement.
  • Oversee award recognition programs, corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, and internal marketing events to foster a positive work environment.
  • Drive data-driven digital marketing programs, including social media content, paid media, and analytics to measure campaign success.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, PR, Communication, or Management.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles.
  • Strong background in brand management, marketing strategy, PR, and digital marketing.
  • Proven success in developing and executing nationwide marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional project management, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
