Learning Program Coordinator

This role involves managing learning programs for diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and have excellent communication abilities in multiple languages.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Bilingual Support: Provide comprehensive language assistance for training sessions and participant queries.
  • Regional Management: Coordinate sessions across different time zones, liaise with vendors, and oversee participant support services.
  • Quality Assurance & Backup: Document procedures, offer cross-program support, and ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
  • Service Excellence: Maintain a 24-hour response rate, prepare regional reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Team coordination and management expertise
  • Vendor liaison experience
  • Strong organizational and scheduling capabilities
