Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Learning Interactions Specialist to create engaging and educational interactive learning experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in multimedia arts, instructional design principles, and experience with e-learning authoring tools.

Key Responsibilities

The Learning Interactions Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing interactive learning content using e-learning authoring tools.
  • Creating visual elements such as graphics, animations, and videos that align with our brand's style guidelines.
  • Developing instructional materials and training programs that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of learning experiences and meet business objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts or an equivalent field.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a related field, preferably in instructional design or e-learning development.
  • Training delivery experience is an advantage, but not required.
  • A solid grasp of visual design principles, including color theory, typography, and composition.
  • Familiarity with e-learning development/interaction principles, including SCORM compliance and accessibility standards.
