Job Summary

The Quality Control Technician, Solar is responsible for reviewing and closing milestone packages. The goal is to drive high-quality standards of owned assets.

  • Review installation photos and job close out documentation
  • Verify sold production to physical installation
  • Review solar monitoring sites, layout, and registered product

This role requires excellent communication skills, 2-4 years of experience in a technical or construction-based solar role, and the ability to work with and influence third parties.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing clear reasoning for rejected packages
  • Resolving closeout package kickbacks for fast turnaround times
  • Supporting installation best practices, customer site profile creations, and customer satisfaction

The position requires frequent travel to project sites and occasional site inspections may require physically accessing rooftops.

Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in a technical or construction-based solar role
  • Experience with interdepartmental problem solving or project management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with and influence third parties
Working Conditions

This position involves frequent travel, climbing ladders, and working on rooftops in varying weather conditions.
