Our company is experiencing rapid growth and is currently seeking experienced candidates for the position of Senior Tax Accountant . Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications below. While these represent our ideal criteria, we are open to considering candidates who may not meet every qualification but demonstrate sufficient experience and potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit VAT returns and reports.
  • Prepare and submit income tax returns, expanded withholding tax, final withholding tax, documentary stamp tax, Alphalist, and other related documents promptly.
  • Provide information related to income tax, withholding tax, VAT queries raised by local tax authorities.
  • Advise on tax-related matters, including withholding tax, VAT, income tax implications, and tax treatments.
  • Liaise with tax authorities and tax agents regarding tax matters.
  • Prepare VAT refund applications.
  • Review documents from departments for VAT refund purposes.
  • Coordinate with tax consultants for VAT refund submissions.
  • Follow up on tax refund statuses with local tax authorities.
  • Assist in providing information for local transfer pricing documentation.
  • Review and propose improvements to internal tax/business processes.
  • Handle tax-related questions during external audits.
  • Prepare deferred tax computations.
  • Prepare provisional income tax payments.
  • Prepare tax reports for group reporting.
  • Assist the Business Controller with various assignments as needed.

To succeed, you will need:

  • A degree in ACCA, CPA, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in tax and audit functions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a flexible attitude.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong numeracy skills and attention to accuracy.
