As a key contributor to our dynamic team, you will play a vital role in the coordination of payroll systems setup to ensure seamless implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will reference existing documentation on payroll systems and ensure action items are completed in a timely manner.
  • You will increase client speed to complete onboarding through successful completion of project tasks.

Requirements

  • A keen attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines is essential.
  • Strong ability to follow written and verbal instructions is required.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is necessary.
  • Experience in operations or administrative roles is a plus but not required. The ability to quickly understand new concepts and a passion for the work are most important.
  • Experience with collaboration, project management, and CRM tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, and Jira/Confluence is beneficial.

Qualities and Skills

  • Good organizational skills are a must.
  • Ability to learn quickly is essential.
  • Regularly seeking understanding by asking questions is a valuable trait.

Working Hours and Compensation

The role requires 40 hours per week, 9-5 pm US Eastern Time, remote. Must be able to work US-East Coast/New York Time Zone.
