About the Position

The Team Lead will oversee a team of analysts and engage with clients to develop, refine, and manage paid media accounts that meet performance, ROI, and revenue targets.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of direct reports; mentor and grow their skills while holding them accountable for assigned tasks and schedule requirements.
  • Participate in testing and optimization; ensure all elements are executed confidently.
  • Provide recommendations and implement strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search for individual client campaigns.
  • Responsible for career development for all team members, including training, coaching, disciplinary action, and recommending team members for new roles.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years experience managing a team of marketers.
  • Deep expertise with Google Ads and Google Ads Editor; ability to lead experienced Google and Facebook administrators.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent programs; regular use of spreadsheets.
  • Commitment to career development for all team members, including training and coaching.
