Job Summary

A seasoned IT professional with a focus on infrastructure management is sought after to install, configure, and maintain complex systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems, software, and hardware
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability
  • Manage network servers and technology tools
  • Develop and enforce security protocols to protect data, software, and hardware
  • Perform regular backup operations and implement disaster recovery procedures
  • Manage user accounts and access permissions
  • Provide technical guidance and support to users
  • Document system configurations and changes via project reports
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and scripting
  • Experience with various operating systems (Windows, Apple) and virtualization technologies
  • Familiarity with network protocols and security measures
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
