PC EXPRESS is seeking a highly experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to join our dynamic team in our San Juan Head Office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation and maintenance of our organization's critical IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless service delivery to our valued branches. The IT Infrastructure Manageroversees the design, implementation, and maintenance of an organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and meet business needs, while also managing and developing the IT team.

What you'll be doing

Manage and coordinate the activities of the IT infrastructure team to ensure optimal system performance and availability

Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for IT infrastructure management

Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively

Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and other IT equipment

Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical problems

Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plans

Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams

Continuously explore and recommend new technologies to enhance the organisation's IT capabilities

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in the Networks & Systems Administration industry

Knowledgeable and with hands-on experience with LINUX servers and network security

Proven expertise in managing and troubleshooting servers, networks, storage systems, and other IT infrastructure components

Strong knowledge of industry-standard IT protocols, tools, and best practices

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Willing to work on-site in San Juan City from Monday to Saturday with compressed schedule

Note: Salary is negotiable depending on qualifications.
