Job Title: Business Technology Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Business Technology Specialist to lead business process improvements through collaborative work with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation, including process flow diagrams, business cases, and user stories.
  • Facilitate discussions between business and technology teams to ensure alignment of goals.
  • Collaborate on the creation of UAT test scripts, KT documents, user manuals, and training materials.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with business intelligence tools.
  • Knowledge of API integrations and system workflows.
  • Certification in CBAP or equivalent is a plus.
