About The Role

Join Inchcape's Global Technology & Architecture team and play a pivotal role in shaping smarter, business-led, tech-enabled transformation across markets.

As our Technology Investment & Planning Lead, you'll guide initiatives from idea to investment approval — driving better outcomes, stronger governance, and higher ROI. You'll partner with sponsors, architects, and senior leaders to streamline investment decisions, coach project owners, and maintain a clear, integrated roadmap.

Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Intake & Prioritisation – Manage the intake funnel, triage requests, and facilitate strategic prioritization.
  • Governance & Quality Gates – Ensure business cases and proposals meet standards before approval.
  • Design Authority Support – Set agendas, coach sponsors, and manage decision logs.
  • Benefits & Assurance – Define benefits, track realization, and lead post-implementation reviews.
  • Roadmap Management – Maintain cross-programme roadmap and resolve dependencies.
  • Templates & Standards – Own and update core templates and guidance.
  • Finance & Procurement Alignment – Support RFP quality and cost/benefit integrity.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Build relationships and unblock issues across functions.
What You Bring
  • 8+ years in programme/project management, PMO, FP&A, or strategy
  • Strong governance, stakeholder facilitation, and analytical skills
  • Tech fluency across ERP, SaaS, data, and security platforms
  • A collaborative, coaching mindset with global experience
