About the Job

Our organization seeks an accomplished Plumbing Technician to perform a variety of tasks related to plumbing systems. This position is part of our Engineering and Technical Services function, focusing on installation, repair, and maintenance.

Main Responsibilities
  • We require you to perform all plumbing repairs and maintenance on assigned properties or buildings.
  • Install new construction equipment in accordance with established procedures.
  • Ensure proper installation of fixtures and systems, maintaining existing installations within safety guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time spent on projects.
  • Comply with state and federal regulations concerning water treatment systems.
  • Solve straightforward problems using existing procedures and limited discretion.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • You must possess a High School Diploma or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of experience. A combination of education and experience is also considered.
  • Meet physical requirements, including standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting/carrying heavy loads up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to follow basic work routines and standards.
  • Effective communication skills for exchanging information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
