MEP Drafter Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Drafter to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in creating MEP shop drawings using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.

This role requires strong technical drafting abilities, attention to detail, and an understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for construction projects.

As a MEP Drafter, you will be responsible for developing accurate and detailed MEP shop drawings based on project requirements, collaborating with engineers and architects to ensure designs meet industry standards and specifications, utilizing AutoCAD and Revit MEP for drafting and design tasks, interpreting architectural and engineering plans to integrate MEP systems effectively, reviewing drawings to ensure compliance with local building codes and project requirements, adjusting and revising drafts based on client feedback and project updates, and maintaining organized documentation and version control for all drawings.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP
  • Experience in MEP drafting (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
  • Understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
