
Customer Renewal Specialist

Drive customer renewal success by fostering strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions that meet their evolving needs.
- Maintain a high volume of renewals with frequent customer interactions.
- Resolve issues hindering customer relationship growth, ensuring seamless communication and value delivery.
- Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate the SolarWinds value proposition, suggest suitable growth solutions, and negotiate pricing.
- Follow up on assigned customer software renewal quotes and/or generate custom quotes for presentation to customers.
- Drive renewal and conversion opportunities to close prior to expiration through detailed funnel management.
- Manage, maintain, and communicate accurate customer and pipeline records within a CRM and to Sales/Renewals leadership.
- Operate internally as a liaison with cross-functional teams to share key customer feedback and insights to enhance customer experience and drive investments.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A passion for sales and driving customer growth.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Excellent problem-solving skills & negotiation skills.
- The ability to multitask and track multiple issues.
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.
- Previous experience with CRM systems, such as NetSuite and/or Salesforce, is an asset.
