Job Description

Drive customer renewal success by fostering strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions that meet their evolving needs.

  • Maintain a high volume of renewals with frequent customer interactions.
  • Resolve issues hindering customer relationship growth, ensuring seamless communication and value delivery.
  • Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate the SolarWinds value proposition, suggest suitable growth solutions, and negotiate pricing.
  • Follow up on assigned customer software renewal quotes and/or generate custom quotes for presentation to customers.
  • Drive renewal and conversion opportunities to close prior to expiration through detailed funnel management.
  • Manage, maintain, and communicate accurate customer and pipeline records within a CRM and to Sales/Renewals leadership.
  • Operate internally as a liaison with cross-functional teams to share key customer feedback and insights to enhance customer experience and drive investments.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A passion for sales and driving customer growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills & negotiation skills.
  • The ability to multitask and track multiple issues.
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Previous experience with CRM systems, such as NetSuite and/or Salesforce, is an asset.
