Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Director for Finance. This is a key leadership position that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting decision-making and achieving financial objectives. This involves analyzing and presenting financial reports and findings to senior management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting top management in making sound financial decisions through accurate and timely analysis of financial data.
  • Analyzing and presenting financial reports and findings to senior management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assisting in developing and monitoring budgets and preparing financial forecasts to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Overseeing accounting functions, conducting financial analysis, preparing reports, and presenting findings to senior management.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and cost and budget analysis to support informed decision-making.
  • Complying with audit, accounting, and regulatory standards and requirements to maintain a high level of integrity and transparency.
  • Maintaining and improving internal controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Coordinating and supporting internal and external audit processes to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
  • Developing and implementing policies, strategies, and action plans to achieve collection targets and drive business growth.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to present financial reports and findings to senior management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Proficient in financial analysis and budgeting tools to effectively manage financial data and perform tasks such as forecasting and budgeting.
