This is a pivotal role for an accomplished professional to lead and manage multiple operations of the tax practice area, delivering quality tax services as per agreed service agreements. The Tax Supervisor position demands a robust background in US taxation principles, procedures, and laws, along with experience in corporate taxation.

Main Responsibilities
  • The Tax Supervisor will oversee the preparation of federal tax returns and ensure timely creation of tax-related documentation.
  • They are responsible for delivering efficient completion of quality tax returns and providing exceptional client service.
  • The supervisor conducts second-level reviews of tax provisions, calculations, and related documentation to guarantee accuracy and completeness.
  • They must ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations, including monitoring changes in tax legislation and implementing necessary adjustments.
Essential Qualifications
  • C.A./MBA(Finance) degree or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 5-8+ years of progressive functional experience in a relevant role.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel and other tools and platforms.
  • A strong understanding of US taxation principles, procedures, and laws.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
