
Senior Payroll and Billing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Billing Specialist to manage critical payroll and billing processes.
This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a background in payroll or accounting.
Key Responsibilities- Perform payroll processing tasks such as processing time worked, data entry, verifying payroll data, and ensuring compliance with laws and policies.
- Assist the billing department with generating, reviewing, and distributing customer invoices, maintaining billing records, and resolving billing discrepancies.
- Compile, verify, and review data from multiple sources for accuracy, and maintain records in payroll and billing systems.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations by safeguarding sensitive information.
- Collaborate with other departments, provide updates to management, and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in payroll, billing, or accounting roles.
- Experience in staffing or temporary labor industry preferred.
- Knowledge of payroll compliance and tax regulations preferred.
- Proficiency in payroll and billing software, Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with time-tracking systems and accounting tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to work independently in a remote environment.
