Workforce planning is a crucial aspect of any organization. The talent acquisition manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing recruitment and talent acquisition functions for affiliated companies. They are responsible for developing long-term workforce planning strategies, executing high-volume and specialized recruitment campaigns, and driving continuous improvement within the talent acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities
  • The talent acquisition manager leads, coaches, and supports the talent acquisition team in managing full-cycle recruitment processes from requisition creation to offer letter issuance.
  • They design and implement scalable, inclusive, and industry-aligned recruitment strategies for various roles.
  • Monitoring and reporting on recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, retention, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction, and applicant pipeline conversion are also key responsibilities.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies and procedures is essential.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and executives to understand staffing needs and define position requirements is critical.

Requirements:

  • At least 13 AIHR certifications.
  • SHRM certification.
  • A bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration is required; a master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
