Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with caregivers and clients via phone and email
  • Update records and case notes in our database
  • Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure smooth staffing
  • Conduct regular check-ins and evaluations with caregivers
  • Generate weekly reports and keep leadership informed
