**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, examining, and analyzing financial statements, ensuring they comply with regulatory standards and company policies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Day-to-Day Accounting Functions: Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accuracy.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash flow.
  • Financial Analysis: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare tax returns and ensure timely filing in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Compliance and Auditing: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and applicable laws. Assist with internal and external audits.
  • Financial Planning: Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for strategic planning.
  • Project Support: Support the finance team in various projects and ad-hoc reporting needs.

**Requirements:**

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred, but not required).
  • Experience: Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting. Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Excel).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
