We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to oversee our financial processes and ensure accurate record-keeping. This key role is responsible for a variety of tasks including:

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing bills and invoices, including entry, filing, reconciliations, variance resolution, and discrepancy management.
  • Monitoring purchase orders and building relationships with vendors to ensure adherence to proper processes.
  • Maintaining accurate and complete financial and vendor records.
  • Processing expenses and reimbursements.
  • Preparing monthly expenditure reports comparing actual versus budgeted costs.
  • Developing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting reports.
  • Identifying opportunities for department process improvements related to reporting purposes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • At least 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Able to handle multiple projects/tasks and adjust/pivot quickly.
  • Punctual and self-driven.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Experience with popular online accounting software; Xero is a plus but not necessary.
